Kelli Ali's official website (http://www.indian.co.uk/artists/kellliali/index.htm) contains the following about Kelli working with Rick:
'Tigermouth' was one of the earliest songs written, but the creative process didn't get into full flow until Kelli had met and clicked with US producer Rick Nowels, whose previous musical clients include Madonna and Dido. After an initial try out, with Kelli lugging her sequencers round to jam with Rick in London, the action moved to L.A. where the main body of the album was recorded though 2001.
"I wrote a lot of songs with Rick that I hadn't actually imagined writing before," explains Kelli. "But I knew that I wanted it to be dramatic and I knew that I wanted it to have its roots in a lot of rock'n'roll that I like."

Celine Dion:

*from 1996 Falling Into You album-

Falling Into You - co-wrote with Marie Claire D'Ubaldo and Billy Steinberg, produced with Billy Steinberg and played gut string guitar and keyboard.

The following is Billy Steinberg discussing the song Falling Into You and his, Rick's and Marie Claire's contributions to the song (from a book titled Inspirations):
"I was writing a lot at the time with Rick Nowels," Steinberg says, "when I was introduced to UK-based Argentinian singer/songwriter Marie Claire D'Ubaldo by Davitt Sigerson, a record executive working at Polygram. He'd signed Marie Claire as an artist, so we all got together and wrote three songs including 'Falling Into You'. When I wrote the lyrics I had my future wife in mind at the time because we'd not long met. I actually went on to sing the song to her during the wedding ceremony and Rick and his wife accompanied me. I was very happy with this song and particularly like the line 'close your eyes and I will kiss you, while you sleep I will miss you, falling into you'. I find it a satisfying moment. When I work with Marie Claire and Rick, we all cross over somewhat but for the most part I write the lyrics first, then Rick writes the chords and Marie Claire writes the melodies, with a bit of input from Rick and myself. I submitted it to Celine Dion's people in Montreal, and they loved it. A guy from Sony in Canada called me and asked who I thought would be a good producer for the project and although I hadn't done too much really, I went out on a limb and said that Rick and I would. They loved the demo (not knowing it was actually Marie Claire's finished version) and gave us the opportunity to produce it. I'm proud that Celine Dion chose it as the title of her album. It's happened a couple of times before, with 'Precious Time' by Pat Benatar, 'Like A Virgin' for Madonna and 'True Colors' for Cyndi Lauper, but Celine's album was such a phenomenal success, with over 25 million copies sold around the world. Truly amazing!"

With Sonique, we basically met her, talked to her, found out their vibe, found out what they were hearing and what we were feeling, and that just worked out very nicely, actually," he says of producing "Love Is On Our Side," which ended up on the Hear My Cry album. "Then, for 'Sky,' it was kind of a meeting of two worlds. One of the writers of [Amber's] 'Sexual' was Rick Nowels, who we had met because he had also co-written 'Naked Without You' for Taylor Dayne, and both were big [Thunderpuss remix] records. He had approached us at one point to say he was a fan of the work and that we should get together and do something sometime, and it just so happened that at the time we were working with Sonique, she was also working with Rick Nowels on doing some writing for the album. They felt they had a good song and wanted some other input on the production, so Rick called up to work on 'Sky,' and then we mentioned to Interscope that Rick wanted us to co-produce 'Sky,' and then Interscope was like, 'Yeah, great. That's a great idea.'"

KimWilde.com contains the following paragraph from Rick about working with Kim Wilde:
I first met Kim and Ricki in January 1991. I was a fan of You Came and Kids In America and went out to Knebworth to meet them. We talked for a bit and I listened to some of the things they were writing and said, "well, shall we try one?". Within an hour we had most of A Miracle's Coming. It came pretty effortlessly and we were all really excited. I went back to America and wrote and produced Belinda Carlisle's album "Live Your Life Be Free" and when I finished it I called Kim and Ricki back to see how the album was coming along. They were close to finishing all their great tracks and I said "hey, I want to work on the album too!". I went to Knebworth where Kim and I wrote I Won't Change The Way That I Feel. Production was set for January 1992 in Los Angeles. Kim arrived and we cut the songs with a live band. Kim seemed to really enjoy singing live with the guys - and the guys loved it! It was great fun writing and working with Kim and I look forward to future collaborations with her. She is a truly gifted Artist and lights up the room whenever she walks in.

The Kim Wilde Fan Club Magazine from Christmas 1992 has the following quote from Rick:
We were finishing up songs and I was looking for another single for Kim. Ellen Shipley and I had an unfinished song called "Love is holy" and we played it for Kim. She loved it straight away and said she thought it was a smash. We finished the lyrics and went in the studio the next day and cut it. The record is entirely live with most of Kim's live vocal and just a few guitar overdubs.

Kim Wilde had the following to say in her Love Is video compilation about working with Rick:
I went to LA to do three tracks live with Rick Nowels. When I got there he was very excited about the fact that I was there and he started playing me all these different songs. One of them was "Love is holy", which he wrote with Ellen Shipley. He just played it to me on guitar and I said to him, 'How long have you had this song?'. He said he's had it a year. I said 'You had this song a year?? D'you think perhaps we should do it?' and he said 'definitely'. Strange, the song's been around for a year, but I'm glad it had...
